Operations Coordinator - B2B Content R-2024-05-74 #PP A leading music streaming company is seeking an Operations Coordinator - B2B Content. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, overseeing the day-to-day editorial operations to help ensure that our content production, publication, and distribution processes are collaborative, efficient, consistent, and reliable. You’ll help shape and solidify the content production process and collaborate with the team to identify processes that are out of sync and propose solutions for the B2B Content Marketing team in our Media Team. The ideal candidate is flexible, a strong cross-functional communicator, can juggle many moving parts and timelines, and ultimately laughs in the face of chaos (and turns it into a beautiful Monday board). Operations Coordinator - B2B Content Pay and Benefits: • Hourly pay: $25/hr • Worksite: Leading streaming company (Oakland, CA 94612 - Onsite) • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment Operations Coordinator - B2B Content Responsibilities: • Oversee the drumbeat content process and serve as the point-of-contact between the content marketers, the design/creative team and other internal partners. • Help manage the editorial calendar and work with the team to build, maintain and manage all the pieces. This includes but is not limited to: website, blog, social, email, paid digital, analytics, reports, playbooks, webinars, and IRL events. • Coordinate daily content tasks • Review and clarify new projects, communicate requirements, determine priorities and production timelines. • Discuss the priority of the projects and work with the content marketing managers to determine a plan, manage team workflow, and facilitate communication as needed. • Consult with internal partners to strategize the development process for successful marketing content. • Contribute to internal cross-functional working groups to build workflows, documentation, and guidelines for content production. • Communicate ideal processes to internal stakeholders to streamline requests and optimize our creative pipeline. • Continuously monitor and improve project management processes and practices, using industry best practices to optimize project delivery and improve overall organizational efficiency. Operations Coordinator - B2B Content Qualifications: • 4-5 years content, creative operations or project management experience, preferably in B2B/technology/media space. • BA/BS or relevant work experience. • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross functional partners to set expectations, drive alignment, and achieve business objectives. • Ability to remain focused when handling multiple projects. • Familiarity with most aspects of content marketing, integrated marketing campaigns, photo/video production, and creative file formats. • Proficiency in Outlook and Google Workspace. • Understanding of Photoshop layers, fonts, vector files; Illustrator, InDesign and Figma. • Project management software, Monday.com, Atlassian Confluence, JIRA.
