**RWE Clean Energy, LLC****To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent****Functional area:** Human Resources**Remuneration:** ExemptThe **Marketing & Employer Branding Associate** will develop and execute strategies to attract top talent to our organization. This role bridges marketing and HR, focusing on employer branding, candidate experience, and innovative recruiting methods. You will report to the VP, Talent Acquisition as you work to bring more RWE Clean Energy awareness to job seekers in the US with the support from our Global Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background with a passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.**Responsibilities**+ Develop and manage employer branding strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice+ Create and maintain content for the company's careers website, social media, and other digital platforms+ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels+ Produce engaging content, including email and ad campaigns supporting job postings, videos, infographics, and employee testimonials+ Manage and update content on various recruitment platforms and social media channels+ Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns using social media, job boards, and other digital platforms+ Analyze and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts using analytics tools+ Enhance the candidate journey from application to onboarding+ Develop and implement strategies to improve candidate engagement and satisfaction+ Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as job fairs, open houses, and campus recruiting events+ Represent the company at external recruiting events and build relationships with potential candidates+ Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies+ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and employer branding+ Partner with Global Marketing on targeted US marketing campaigns+ Travel will be required for recruitment events and conferences**Qualifications**+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field+ Minimum three (3) years of experience in marketing, employer branding, or related roles. Five (5) years of experience is preferred+ Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills+ Able to navigate through multiple approvals and challenges+ Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas required+ Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment**Preferred Qualifications**+ Experience in graphic design and video editing+ Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies+ Previous experience in a corporate recruitment+ Previous experience in Renewables**Benefits offered:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
