Pacifico Power "PP" is an affiliate of Pacifico Energy Group "PEG", a leading renewable energy company with a focus on utility-scale renewable projects in Asia. Over the last 10 years Pacifico Energy has developed over 1 GW of renewable energy projects worldwide, equating to $3.5 billion of investment.

We are looking for a part-time Email Marketing Coordinator. This role is part-time to full-time based on the company's needs.

What you get to do every day:

Email Campaign Management:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.Manage the end-to-end process of email campaigns, including planning, designing, testing, scheduling, and tracking.

Customer Success / Lead Conversion:

Manage customer success function, including responding to inbound leads by email and phone to convert qualified leads into active customers prepared to receive energy solutions proposals.Responsible for initial customer conversations to educate and qualify leads as being within target markets and company backgrounds.Accountable for quotas related to lead generation and successful customer conversion.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and relevant email content.Write compelling subject lines and email copy that drive engagement and conversions.

Audience Segmentation and Personalization:

Segment email lists based on customer demographics, preferences, and behavior.Personalize email content to target specific customer segments effectively.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.Provide regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.

Compliance and Best Practices:

Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry standards and legal requirements, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, trends, and technologies.

A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, design, and delivery times.Analyze test results to make data-driven decisions for improving campaign performance.

CRM and Email Marketing Tools:

Utilize CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo Engage / WebSights, Mailchimp, HubSpot) to manage email lists and campaigns.Maintain clean and up-to-date email lists to ensure deliverability and engagement.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the solar or technology industry.Strong customer success capabilities, including responding to and educating customers, maintaining early relationships, and converting leads to active customers.Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and tools.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo Engage / WebSights, Mailchimp, HubSpot).Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Experience:

Experience in the solar or technology industry is highly preferred.Knowledge of renewable energy products and services.Customer-facing experience, including relationship management for corporate and municipal entities.Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
