Responsibilities:

I/UX Design:

•Develop and refine user interfaces for Omatochi’s digital products, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.

•Collaborate with the marketing team to implement design solutions that meet user needs and align with business goals.

•Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

•Assist with website edits and other design needs for the website.

Marketing:

•Create visual content for marketing campaigns, including digital and print materials.

•Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effectively communicate Omatochi’s mission and services.

•Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies to engage our target audience.

App Design through MVP:

•Collaborate on the design process for Omatochi’s mobile app, from concept to MVP (Minimum Viable Product).

•Ensure that the app’s design aligns with user needs and business objectives.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring the app from design to launch.

ECM Phone Call Support:

•Assist with making Enhanced Care Management (ECM) phone calls, ensuring effective communication with clients and partners.

•Document call outcomes and follow up as needed to maintain service quality.

Office Phone Assistance:

•Provide support for the office phone, managing calls efficiently and ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate team members.

•Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

Internal Operations Support:

•Assist with various internal operations tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

•Participate in team meetings, project planning, and other collaborative activities.

Community Outreach

•Collaborate closely with the internal team, community centers and others to spread the word for our services.

•Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay informed about the latest developments in social services and care management

•Work with the COS and COO on all outreach efforts.
