Job Title: Graphic DesignerLocation: Keene, NH - HybridPLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME AND PORTFOLIO FOR CONSIDERATIONJob Summary:The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and effective design materials in support of the overall sales and marketing team. This role involves developing signage and collateral for trade shows, producing printed and digital ads, crafting sell sheets and sales collaterals, and creating and editing video content. The Graphic Designer will also be tasked with creating logos, backgrounds, and other creative assets, ensuring consistent marketing branding across all channels, and handling any art setup for vendors.Key Responsibilities:Design and produce engaging signage, banners, and collateral materials for trade shows and industry events.Create visually appealing printed ads for magazines, brochures, and other marketing publications.Design digital ads for online platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and website banners as needed.Develop sell sheets, flyers, and other sales support materials that effectively showcase products and attract potential buyers.Produce and edit video content for promotional purposes, including product demonstrations, company announcements, and social media videos.Design and create logos, backgrounds, and other graphic elements to support various design initiatives.Prepare and submit artwork for production, ensuring all files meet vendor specifications and quality standards.Collaborate with vendors to resolve any issues related to art setup and production.Develop and maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media. Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a unified brand image.Stay updated with industry trends and design best practices to keep the company's materials fresh and competitive.Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm and implement creative solutions.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field or equivalent work experience.Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design projects, including ads, collateral materials, and video content.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.Experience with video editing and content creation.Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
