The Opportunity

We are looking for a

Senior Marketing Manager - Healthcare Provider

to join our growing Marketing team. Collaborating with other team members, you will be responsible for building and delivering on marketing strategy and organizational enablement to expand our network of referring health care providers.

Through developing and executing strategic marketing plans and collateral, you will help establish the Prenuvo scan as a proactive health care diagnostic tool of choice for health care providers and achieve critical commercial objectives, including developing the provider business vertical and earning new revenue streams. Working cross-functionally across the organization, you will partner with sales, clinical operations, product management, and the broader marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience that spans marketing, sales, and new business development, and will have direct experience working with health care providers . A true-self starter, you will be a critical thinker, business and commercially minded, an exceptionally strong writer and highly organized.

This is a fully remote role. Candidates located in the US (where we have clinic locations) are welcome to apply.

What You'll DoIn partnership with the Senior Director, Product Marketing, develop comprehensive product marketing plan and strategy for the health care provider audienceDefine and articulate unique value propositions and messaging that address health care provider needs and differentiate the Prenuvo scan for providers in the marketCreate effective marketing scripts, collateral and tools and work with Sales to empower them to generate new businessPartner with sales and field teams to identify potential new business and marketing opportunities and collateral needsWork closely with product and sales to gather feedback and insights for continuous service , messaging, and marketing strategy improvementConduct consumer market research, persona development, and buyer journey mapping to gain a deep understanding of customer behaviors and needs for key health care provider segmentsCollaborate with product, sales and marketing teams to successfully launch new capabilities and services for the provider audienceProvide subject matter expertise to inform and design advertising and other communication strategiesBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective collaborationStay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risksTravel up to 10- 25% for quarterly meetups, internal company meetings and eventsWhat You'll Bring

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree3+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, or Product Management within Life Sciences & Healthcare3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development working directly with healthcare providersSkills:Experience briefing, writing, and developing sales and marketing material and collateral targeted to health care providers, such as presentations, webinars, videos, brochures, newsletters, and emailsDirect sales experience and / or experience developing new business development strategies and tactics targeted to healthcare providers, including identifying new channels to drive awareness among relevant audiencesAbility to analyze and leverage data to assess performance of strategies and tacticsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent project management and organizational skillsNice to have:Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally in the healthcare spaceExperience working with digital marketing campaigns and / or platforms targeting healthcare providersOur Values

$125,000 - $150,000

in local currency, depending upon experience
