Who You Are:

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role supporting the marketing team to grow and engage subscribers across Kino Lorber's streaming services (MHz Choice and Kino Film Collection). The individual in this role will help execute day-to-day operations, coordinating campaigns, and helping to analyze results for various marketing efforts. This role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This position is hybrid in the metro DC area.

What You'll Do:

Campaign Coordination:Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and paid media.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (i.e. Amazon and external marketing agency) to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials.Work closely with the marketing team to support the development of marketing content, which includes promotional assets and paid ad creative inclusive of graphics and video.Work with the MHz Choice and Kino Film Collection marketing teams to maintain and organize content calendars for paid media, social and email marketing.Manage Creative Processes for paid subscriber growth campaigns and organic subscriber engagementManage the creative development and delivery for paid and organic marketing campaigns.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce creative, including graphics, social content, promos, and partnership materials.Review and approve creative assets for paid media before deployment.Work with the marketing team to develop creative briefs for key priorities and relay to internal and external stakeholders.

Analyze and Report Performance:Monitor and analyze key performance metrics inclusive to measure campaign effectiveness, efficiency, engagement and ROI.Generate regular reports on the performance of marketing efforts supporting subscriber growth and engagementWork with the marketing team to develop actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization across various marketing channels.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.Work closely with the wider Kino Lorber team to help shape and execute growth strategies for the Kino Film Collection.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the entertainment or streaming industry.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly and succinctly present data visualizations a plusCreative thinker with a proactive attitudeFamiliarity in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.Basic knowledge of project management and CRM tools is a plus.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:

This role is based in the Washington D.C metro area and is hybrid. Currently, that includes two days in the office and three days remote.
