Position Summary: As the Product Marketing Specialist at Milliman MedInsight, you will drive go-to-market strategy inclusive of positioning, and messaging, and collaborate with marketing to develop innovative programs that drive demand for our portfolio of solutions sold to provider organizations. This is a highly visible and cross-functional role requiring communication and regular collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions. You should enjoy rolling up your sleeves as a self-starter and moving quickly up your learning curve while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities: Define and manage the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Value-Based Care (VBC) Platform and related applications, including messaging, positioning, sales enablement and customer adoption Create compelling, differentiated content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website copy Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management and sales teams to align strategies with business goals Work closely with demand and digital marketing to develop and execute campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape Assist in creating and updating buyer personas, messaging, and positioning that resonate with targeted audiences in the provider market Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it Organize and participate in product launches and promotional events (i.e. webinars and tradeshows) Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field Background (3+ years) in healthcare B2B marketing, preferably with experience in the provider industry or related fields such as healthcare technology, analytics or software as a service (SaaS) Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Monday, Semrush, Highspot, Salesforce, and Adobe Acrobat Professional Pragmatic certified product marketer Ability to travel periodically for work Desired Experience and Traits: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including experience in content creation and presenting to large, senior audiences Team player with excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms Genuine empathy for the customer and a dedication to thoroughly understanding the challenges they face or encounter Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative with a strong attention to detail Compensation and Location: The salary range is $54,000 to $106,000, depending on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. his role is based out of the Milliman office in Milwaukee, WI, but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US.
