Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for understanding the unique marketing strategy for each line of business and creating tailored marketing plans to achieve the specific goals of each. Oversees the execution of these plans, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, while effectively measuring and analyzing their performance to drive continuous improvement.

Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesAbility to develop long-term marketing strategic planning, campaign, and project management.Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely completion.Leverages internal and external resources to manage marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives from beginning to end.Experience with traditional and digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Guide and work in partnership with the creative team to design, develop, and implement all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assetsInteract and communicate with departments impacted by promotions, advertising campaigns, collateral materials, etc. so that employees are continually up to dateCollaborate with different functions in the company to support the business by launching effective marketing communicationExperience in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective marketing activities.Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance using data analytics tools. Strong focus on understanding customer needs and preferences to tailor marketing efforts effectively.Create and distribute monthly metrics of marketing performance. Provides feedback & reporting to stakeholders and bank managementAbility to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.Other Responsibilities

Assist with any marketing activities or projects.Available to travel, as needed.Support and promote the Bank vision, mission and core values, organizational structure and policies and procedures.Must have excellent analysis, observation and decision-making skills.Highly focused, able to rapidly determine key priorities, clearly communicate the priorities and ensure resources are properly aligned.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for maintaining effective relationships with Board members, officers, employees, and members of the business and civic community.Individual should be able to work under high pressure situations and a stressful atmosphere and then should remain composed.Provide a strong, compassionate and visible leadership, which fosters positive attitudes and trust among employees, customers, and prospects.Comply with federal and state regulations as well as all established Bank policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications, Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's or associate Degree with no less than 5 years in marketing or advertising. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.Three (3) years of marketing department experience or agency.Strong organization and time-management skills.Team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Flexibility, professionalism, ability to work in a highly stressful environment and perform a variety of tasks with numerous interruptions is necessary.Must be able to be physically present in the Bank to perform job duties.Positive attitude, self-motivator, goal-oriented with the ability to foster strong relationships.Ability to use a PCProficient in Microsoft OfficeMust be able to be physically present in the Bank to perform job duties.Texas Regional Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
