William Chris Wine Co. is a premier wine company in the Texas Hill Country, made up of multiple industry-leading brands: William Chris Vineyards, Lost Draw, Skeleton Key, Grower Project, Wine for the People, Dandy, La Valentia, Uplift Vineyard and Yes We Can Wine/Sway Rosé. Summary

Oversee the strategy, development, and implementation of all of our marketing initiatives for each of our brands and companies. You are responsible for developing campaigns, strategies, and initiatives that help promote our brands and Texas Grown wine. Together, we are continuing to grow our world-class Texas wine company. You have the courage to push boundaries while still maintaining unity and focus and having fun.

Develop both brand and product marketing strategies across our portfolio for both new and existing productsEnsure a consistent message and brand focus to our customers in both direct-to-consumer, direct-to-trade, and wholesalePlan, prepare, and manage all publicity material and public relations across all brandsDevelop, build, and create email marketing campaignsDevelop marketing campaigns and manage external PR firm's execution as neededEnsure consistent brand presentation in all mediums, including social, web, print, direct to direct-to-consumer materialsManage marketing calendar to include planned campaigns, channels (social media, email, telephone), dates/times, and target audiences in a format easily communicated to all members of our teamTrack and report on successes/opportunities of all campaignsTrack analytics to build efficacyDevelop and monitor marketing performance indicatorsContribute to and manage quarterly and annual marketing budgets for all brandsPlan and manage marketing events to promote all brands and productsMaintain marketing staff and daily management of all marketing activitiesWork closely with the direct-to-consumer and Outside sales teams to support their efforts to meet company objectives by providing appropriate tools and materials.Regularly analyze the competitive environment and consumer trends and report on external and internal opportunitiesCapable of conducting tastings for the public and tradeExpectations include being an active participant in company events to gain guest perspective and insight.Other duties?

Degree in Marketing or Business6+ years' experience in marketing managementStrong experience in email marketing and e-commerceFood/Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods experience highly preferredCreation of marketing plans, brand strategy, social media, and online advertisingPreferred education and experience

WSET 2 or CMS Certified Sommelier or betterUpscale wine program experienceAdditional education and experience

Effectively communicate with all levels of the organizationMust be creative, outgoing, attentive to detail, and possess great communication (verbal, written, electronic, listening) skillsMust have excellent customer service skillsResponds to and works well under pressure and deadlinesExcellent time management skills and dependability are requiredGood office technology skills (Phones, computers, office applications and systems)Must have the ability to multitask and complete duties, tasks, and projects, despite interruptionsWork schedule is typically Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm, but may require off-hours and weekend work if necessary to achieve required results.
