We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time onsite position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute email marketing strategies for engagement and conversions.Design and manage email campaigns with segmentation and personalization.Optimize landing pages and collaborate on site merchandising.Coordinate with agencies for marketing projects and ensure quality deliverables.Serve as the primary client contact for email marketing needs.Align email efforts with business objectives through cross-department collaboration.Write copy and create content for emails and marketing materials.Conduct A/B tests and optimize based on metrics.Track and report campaign performance using marketing tools.Develop and oversee print marketing and point-of-sale collateral.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.POSITION REQUIRMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.4+ years of experience in email marketing, with proficiency in tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo.Strong knowledge of email design, landing page optimization, and site merchandising.Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, tailored to different audiences.Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage professional relationships.Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external agencies.Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with print marketing (preferred).
