Marketing, Events & Tasting Room Coordinator.Our Winery:
Copia is located in beautiful Paso Robles wine country, producing about 2,500 cases and focused on making premium wines that reflect the place in which they are grown. We focus on immersive, inspired, and genuinely warm experiences to create long-lasting relationships with our guests and members.The Role, Duties & ResponsibilitiesOur Marketing, Events & Tasting Room Coordinator is responsible for all winery email and text marketing planning, creation and execution, event planning and coordination, and helpful sales support both in our tasting room and with wine club allocations. The Coordinator is responsible for providing great service and support to our wine club members resulting in long-term engaged relationships with our wines and winery. The primary duties include:Marketing: Planning, Creation & ExecutionCreating and maintaining annual email and text marketing and social media calendarQuarterly plan and execution of email/text/social marketingMaintain online blog content in conjunction with email marketingSales & OperationsMaintain email, phone and club databases with accurate and detailed data entryConduct phone and web sales campaignsAssist and track club shipments, phone and web sales campaigns and ordersProvide sales support in the Tasting Room on Fridays, Saturdays and SundaysAssist with monthly reporting and KPI'sAssist with maintaining up-to-date promotional materials/collateral for the tasting room and wine club shipmentsCustomer ServicePromote an experience with the highest standards of enlightened and intuitive service for members and guest visitorsDemonstrate a commitment to meeting team sales goalsProvide a personalized wine buying experience for each guestPromote wine club retentionCommunicate effectively with all staff members and ownersParticipate with wine club and public eventsRequirements, Skills & Traits:

The most successful candidates can balance office administration, wine club support and tasting room needs.Ideally, this person ...Has 2+ years' relevant experience working in a tasting room or in a wine club-related positionThe ability to work weekends and evenings when occasionally requiredThe ability to sit and work on a computer and phone for extended periods of timeHas strong computer literacy and is proficient in email marketing platforms (such as MailChimp, Klavio)Is a positive, friendly team oriented professionalIs detail oriented, analyticalEmbraces process and proceduresHas solid customer service and sales skills, including excellent telephone and text communicationIs an excellent communicator with strong written, verbal, interpersonal skillsHas high integrity and a strong work ethicAt least 21 years oldHas familiarity or an advanced knowledge of DTC compliance rules and DTC and wine club best practicesHas familiarity and a passion for wineLoves to work in a small, entrepreneurial, constantly energetic and changing environmentPosition Details:Full-timePay: $23-27 per hour, DOEPrevious Tasting Room Experience is recommendedAvailable to work weekends and some nights.Proficiency in WineDirect POS is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email/Text Marketing Platforms (MailChimp or Klavio)While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:-Sit or stand for prolonged periods.-Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.-Lift, move, and stack boxes up to 40 lbs.Eligible for Commissions, Tips, Annual Performance BonusBenefits:Health InsuranceEmployee DiscountPaid Time OffSick PaySchedule:Weekdays and Weekends, Typically Thursday through Monday or Wednesdaythrough SundayMore About Copia Vineyards:The word Copia is a Latin root word that means abundance.
