What you'll do

The Marketing Director - Asia will be a key member of the international marketing responsible for helping to drive sustainable and consistent revenue growth. You will drive go-to-market planning and execution for Docusign's marketing programs across the Asia region to grow awareness, capture demand and accelerate pipeline. The successful individual will have a solid understanding of the SaaS market with strong analytic and execution skills to deliver high business growth and successful business outcomes. This is a high impact role that combines strategy, leadership, creative thinking, demand generation and execution.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the APJ Senior Director of Marketing.

ResponsibilityDevelop and implement strategic marketing plans for the Asia region to achieve business objectives including defining key priorities and strategies for growing the pipeline to support sustainable business growthCollaborate with the Docusign sales team and other cross-functional teams, such as the Product and other marketing teams, to ensure cohesive marketing effortsAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvementOversee the creation and execution of APJ-specific marketing campaigns, including performance marketing, events, promotions, and partnershipsMonitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targetsManage and influence regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI maximizationFoster strong relationships with key customers, including regional sales leadership, partners, and customersStay aware of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edgeSource and manage local vendors for program executionDevelop thought leadership, customer and product content that can be used in demand generation programsJob Designation

Hybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Basic

Experience managing teams across multiple countries and languages10+ years of high-tech marketing experience, preferably in a field facing role3+ years of people and/or team managementUniversity degree qualifiedPreferred

Strong leadership, strategy, and execution skills with demonstrated track record of career advancement and success in radical technology markets, large and start-up companies/divisionsPeople management experience and building scaling dedicated teamsA strong mix of analytical and creative skillsExperience marketing technical solutions to specific industry verticals, with multi-channel distribution effortsExperience successfully managing cross functional partner relationships at all levels of an organization, with industry associations, partners, customers, and the publicExcellent organizational, presentation and writing skills
