Non-Exempt (37.5 hours/week)

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Design and production of marketing materials for EDI and EDI clients.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

(37.5 hrs./week, between 8am-5pm):Meet or communicate with clients to determine project scope, including deadline, budget, paper selection, print quotes and mailing requirements.Design brochures, newsletters, programs, directories, posters, logos, advertisements and other branding and communication materials for EDI and EDI clients.Produce drafts for client review and make revisions based on feedback.Prepare files for digital distribution or print production.Liaison between printers/vendors and project coordinator.EDUCATION REQUIRED:

2-4 years graphic design degree or equivalent experience.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

2 years design and production experience.Intermediate knowledge of and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat.Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to manage and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.Ability to work effectively in teams, as well as independently.

INTERNAL/EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

(clients and vendors): All EDI clients and any outside vendors as required.

*This position is located in downtown Milwaukee, WI and a minimum of two days onsite in the office (including Wednesday as an all-staff-in-office day) are a requirement of the role.
