This critical role will develop and execute strategies that leverage digital channels and marketing automation to drive B2B lead management and B2C member engagement, ensuring our clients and their members are informed, engaged, and supported throughout their journey with us

Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing both B2B lead management and B2C member engagement strategies, with a strong focus on automation. You will lead the creation and management of digital communication workflows within platforms like HubSpot, SendGrid, and Relay, ensuring that our communications are timely, personalized, and aligned with our brand standards across both B2B and B2C channels. This role will collaborate closely with our Director of Communications, Sales team, Product Team, and Marketing Content Manager to ensure seamless and impactful interactions with both our B2B clients and their members.

This is a REMOTE position.

Duties:

This role requires a unique blend of B2B marketing expertise and B2C engagement strategies, underpinned by strong technical skills in marketing automation. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating the complexities of a B2B2C model, able to craft strategies that drive business growth with B2B customers while also enhancing the experience of end-users (members) who utilize the virtual care services. All strategies should focus on leveraging owned and organic channels to maximize impact without relying on paid media.

B2B Lead ManagementDevelop and implement automation strategies within HubSpot to efficiently nurture and qualify B2B leads.Optimize lead scoring models to prioritize high-potential business opportunities.Design and implement email nurture sequences for brokers, employers, and other B2B stakeholders.Contribute to content and copywriting emails, in partnership with our Director of Communications.Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing automation efforts with sales processes.B2C Member Engagement

Lead the development of comprehensive digital member engagement strategies, focusing on email and SMS communication to enhance member experience and retention.Contribute to content and copywriting emails and SMS communications, in partnership with our Director of Communications.Design and implement automated workflows in SendGrid and Relay for personalized member communications.Develop and execute strategies to improve member engagement and reduce churn through owned channels.Integrated Marketing Automation

Create strategies for smooth transitions between B2B customer acquisition and the subsequent B2C member onboarding process.Design automation workflows to support B2B customers in promoting and implementing the virtual care services to their employees or members.Ensure consistency in messaging and brand experience across B2B customer communications and B2C member-facing materials.Develop metrics and reporting that demonstrate the value of high member engagement to B2B customers, supporting retention and upsell opportunities.Performance Analysis and Reporting

Monitor and analyze the performance of both B2B lead management and B2C member engagement efforts.Provide regular reports on key metrics for both segments, including conversion rates, engagement rates, and ROI.Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences.Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Sales team to align B2B lead management strategies with sales objectives.Collaborate with the Account Management and Customer Success team to ensure B2C engagement strategies support member satisfaction and retention goals.Partner with the Director of Communications and Marketing Content Manager to develop compelling content for both B2B and B2C audiences.Collaborate with the Product team

Ensure marketing automation strategies align with product updates and new feature releases.Gather user engagement data to inform product development and improvements.Develop automated onboarding and feature adoption workflows for both B2B customers and B2C members.Create feedback loops that capture user insights from automated communications to guide product enhancements.Why Join Us?

Experience/Education:

Bachelors' degree and 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on member or customer engagement and lead management. Experience in a B2B2C environment and proficiency with marketing automation platforms like SendGrid, Relay, and HubSpot is preferred.Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and data-driven segmentation. Experience with HubSpot automation, email marketing tools, and lead management processes is essential.Analytical Abilities:

Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make informed decisions to optimize engagement and lead management strategies.Collaboration:

Excellent collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across the organization.Communication:

Salary Description

$85,000-$110,000 annually
