What You'll Do:

The

Digital Media Manager

is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital media strategy for the organization including enhancing the brand's online presence, driving engagement, and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay updated on industry trends, and use data-driven insights to achieve digital marketing goals.

Essential Duties

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Digital Media Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.Identify target audiences and create tailored content to maximize engagement.

2. Content Creation and Management:

Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content, including images, videos, and written materials.Ensure content is consistent with brand messaging and visually appealing.Have knowledge in using content creation apps including Canva and Meltwater

3. Social Media Management:

Manage and grow the organization's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.Create and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to audience interactions.

4. Paid Advertising:

Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), display ads, and social media ads.Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

5. SEO and Website Management:

Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for search engines (SEO).Track website analytics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance user experience.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.Generate regular reports, analyze key metrics, and provide insights to improve future campaigns.

7. Budget Management:

Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effectiveness in campaigns.

8. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure alignment of digital media strategies with overall business goals.Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing and media management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.Knowledge of emerging trends in digital media and online consumer behavior.Personal computer, Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookStrong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and SEO.Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and interpret performance metrics.Experience with marketing automation tools preferred.
