Location:
Onsite. Contractor Services are delivered onsite at Metro's headquarters location or other Metro facilities unless the Contractor has obtained prior approval from the Metro Project Manager.
Duration:
If onsite work requires more than 4 hours, a minimal 30-minute unpaid lunch break is required to be taken.
Period of Performance:
The period of performance for both resources is 15 months. All work must be scheduled to be completed within this timeframe. The work will be assigned on a task order basis. The resource may not be working full 40 hours per week.
UX/UI Resource1. Seven (7) years or more experience in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.2. Seven (7) years or more in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience.3. Five (5) years experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.4. Five (5) years experience with version control systems like Git.5. Five (5) years of front-end framework experience such as React or Angular.
Contractor shall propose, maximum two (2) available named candidate resources (Candidate) for each Engagement. For each Candidate, you must submit a written Resume/Bio Profile (Profile) that clearly demonstrates the Candidates strengths and ability relative to the SOW Engagement requirements. The contents within the Profile should be formatted according to the Profile Format Guidelines. Caution, not utilizing the recommended Profile Format Guidelines, lack of required demonstrated Engagement SOW information or providing excessive non relevant information, could in adversely impact the reviewer's ability to score the Candidate.

All content provided within each section, should be limited to relevant information that clearly demonstrates the Candidates ability to successfully perform the specific duties and responsibilities required within the Engagements SOW requirements. Maximum 4 pages per Submittal.
Summary Overview:
Provide a clear precise introduction/executive summary of the named candidate.
Skillsets:
Provide technical & qualified skill sets, certifications, credentials, education, and knowledge that is required by the Engagement SOW requirements. Additional skillsets, not directly requested with the Engagement Requirement SOW but which may enhance demonstrating the Candidates strength and ability to be successful in this position, can be included.
Experience:
Provide work and project experience (include the candidates specific role and time durations within these examples). List newest on top and provide date and within each example.
Specialized Qualifications:
Provide unique specialized qualifications that demonstrates the Candidate is uniquely suited for this Engagement and could increase his ability to be successful in this position. Examples such as, Government, large transportation companies, hi-tech company, or recent Metro work experience. Samples of the candidates work, can be included.
