The Role

Cometeer is seeking a Manager, Brand & Partnerships Marketing to scale our efforts across brand marketing & partnerships. You will be responsible for setting the strategy and owning the successful execution. The work will range from thinking through our brand evolution, managing seasonal brand campaigns, to running partnerships with celebrities and creators alike.

What you'll do:

Brand Marketing

Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, equity, and loyalty.Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy.Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.Oversee the creation of compelling brand content, including advertising, promotional materials, and digital assets.Manage the brand's visual identity and ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing materials.

Partnerships

Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and business objectives.Identify and evaluate potential partners that can enhance our brand, expand our reach, and drive revenue growth.Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and strong long-term relationships.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to integrate partnership initiatives into broader marketing strategies.Manage ongoing relationships with partners, providing regular updates, performance reviews, and opportunities for collaboration.Track and analyze the performance of partnership initiatives, using data and insights to optimize and enhance future efforts.

Required:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand and partnership marketingProven experience in developing and executing successful marketing and partnership campaignsStrong negotiation skills and the ability to create win-win agreements.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership skills and the ability to effectively engage cross-functional partners
