GENERAL FUNCTION

The Marketing Manager is responsible for digital marketing initiatives, specifically related to planning and executing a leading digital provider experience through content management systems and digital applications. The Manager works cross-functionally to ensure optimal functionality of digital applications.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDefines and provides a consistent, cohesive provider experience across web sites and digital applications.Utilizes a content management system (CMS) to update content, test sites and ensure requirements are met.Collaborates cross-functionally to re-platform and re-imagine our online claims system, including defining business needs, working with internal teams and external vendors and aligning with organizational goals and expectations.Develops a comprehensive understanding of the backend digital applications, including database structures, system integrations, and data flows.Reimagines our digital provider tools, consistency recommends new enhancements, ideas, upgrades, ways to streamline current processes, and ensuring they are up to datePartners with various business teams to write functional requirements for ongoing enhancements or fixes for our provider portals.Manages the troubleshooting and triages urgent front-end or system defects in partnership with IT.Drives strong collaborations with various departments such as IT and provider teams to ensure optimal functionality of digital applications.Works directly with Account Managers, IT and Marketing to document and develop requirements for new or enhanced web sites or digital tools.Manages run the business requests and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal performance of digital applications.Tracks projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.Proactively identifies changes and issues, independently works to resolve, and communicates status to all impacted parties.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience5+ years experience in marketing, communications and/or digital experienceStrong multi-tasking skillsAbility to collaborateStrategic mindsetExcellent project management skillsRelationship building skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience utilizing content management systemsFamiliarity with UI/UXUnderstanding of optical retail industryUnderstanding of healthcare / vision care industry

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
