Sales and Marketing Director Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Four years of documented sales results in an AL, IL, RCFE community settingPass a criminal background checkExperience working with private pay residentsOrganized and proficient with Microsoft OfficeCommunity outreach to build relationships to drive census and meet company growth goalGenerate and manage leads to qualified prospects and move them through the admission process.Develop written and digital promotional marketing materials for the communityMaintain competitive analysis of local, assisted living, independent living, and memory careSales and Marketing Director Benefits:
