It's everything that makes us different from your average employer and makes Workday an outstanding place to work.About the RoleThe Senior Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting pipeline development and acceleration of prospective and existing customer accounts through marketing campaigns and programs – aligning brand, demand and customer advocacy with regional sales priorities.The Field Marketing Manager will work closely with sales leaders and extended teams (including Solution Consulting, Revenue Operations, Value Management, Corporate Sales Development, Partners, and more) to plan and deliver a comprehensive, marketing plan for the region. This role will be supporting our medium enterprise segment of the US business.The ideal candidate will gain a deep understanding of our market trends, customer needs/challenges, products, go-to-market messaging, and will run the implementation of local campaigns and programs in the region.This role will combine strategic planning with hands-on program creation and is a perfect opportunity for a dedicated demand generation professional with opportunities for growth.Key Responsibilities Partner with sales to understand gaps/opportunities and build a cohesive 6-month rolling Field Marketing plan focused on exceeding goals.Clearly communicate the marketing strategy, plans, goals, and outcomes to all collaborators, as well as internal cross-functional teams.Implement marketing programs and campaigns to develop and accelerate pipeline.Deliver end-to-end program management and tactics from initial planning to follow up, including vendor management, program promotion, sales enablement, and data management/measurementWork closely with the industry-aligned go-to-market leads to build focused messaging for each program, including, but not limited to insurance, financial services, retail and hospitality, technology and media, and professional services industries.Measure results by analyzing metrics delivered from marketing programs and regularly report results and trends to sales and marketing leaders using Salesforce and TableauPartner with cross-functional marketing teams to identify speakers, content, partner opportunities, and branding to deliver impactful experiences that engage our audience.About YouBasic Qualifications 7+ years Field Marketing Experience at B2B company and understands integrated marketing strategyA consistent track record working successfully in cross-functional environments to achieve resultsEvaluate program and campaign effectiveness, ongoing results, and present findings to key team membersLeverage data and insights to create the strategy, improve efficiencies, build projections, and report on impactTake initiative in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, lead projects simultaneously, and deliver campaigns on budget and on scheduleTake bold initiative, address problems, and make continuous process improvementsPassion for solving challenges, operate with a high sense of integrity, and demonstrate a strong work ethicOther Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, or related field, required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Experience running and managing a regional budget independently.Proficiency in marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo and Tableau,Team player focused on collective success.Strong initiative and a "can-do" attitude.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
