Description

AWS is seeking a skilled and experienced Global Enterprise Executive Program Manager to join the AWS Enterprise Marketing Team. In this strategic role, you will support executive customer programs and lead the cross-industry integration, operational transformation, and internal business communication. You will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our global event and marketing strategy, driving lead generation, conversion, and business growth through high-impact events and multichannel B2B marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Strategy & Execution: Design, build, and execute global executive customer events that align with business goals and elevate our brand presence. You will manage end-to-end event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional attendee experiences.

Program Management: Lead the cross-functional management of enterprise-level programs, including event marketing, digital initiatives, and campaign execution. Collaborate closely with program leads to ensure alignment with business priorities, stakeholder expectations, and budgetary constraints.

Marketing Campaigns: Implement and maintain marketing automation best practices across various channels, including lead scoring, email nurturing, audience segmentation, and program builds. Develop and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work across geographies and time zones, collaborating with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, sales leaders, and cross-industry leads. Develop field marketing enablement collateral to support marketing initiatives and manage internal communication channels effectively.

Performance Metrics & Reporting: Compile, analyze, and synthesize performance metrics for events and marketing campaigns. Develop dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to enhance overall performance.

Operational Excellence: Drive operational best practices within the marketing team, ensuring data quality, campaign hierarchy alignment, and efficient use of marketing tools such as SFDC, Marketo, and Uberflip. Oversee project management for large-scale initiatives, maintaining organization and communication across complex workflows.

Innovation & Improvement: Continuously seek out new trends, technologies, and best practices in event management and marketing automation. Implement data segmentation and targeting strategies to personalize campaigns and improve their effectiveness.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs

Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
