Key job responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products

Conduct in-depth market research to deeply understand target customers, their pain points, and competitive landscape

Define product positioning, messaging, and value proposition in collaboration with the product management team

Create impactful content such as datasheets, presentations, web copy, and other marketing materials to support sales and customer education

Devise effective demand generation campaigns across various channels (e.g. digital advertising, email marketing, events) to drive qualified leads

Closely work with sales teams to provide product training, sales enablement tools, and support to facilitate successful customer acquisition

Monitor and analyze key product marketing metrics (e.g. lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost) to optimize strategies

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for product marketing initiatives

Partner with customer success teams to gather customer feedback and insights to inform future product and marketing plans

Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution

Contribute to the overall product and marketing strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives

About the team

The newly developed NAS team helps customers discover and engage with new, popular, and relevant products across categories. We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing, and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside cutting-edge tools for marketers.

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of developing and managing marketing or channel programs experience

3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience managing teams

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience in online marketing channels such as social media marketing, display advertising, and search engine marketing

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of HTML, SQL, Excel

Experience with Tableau, SQL, or basic data-mining

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
