Your Role

As a key leader within our studio, you will be integral to driving daily operations and shaping our long-term strategies. You'll have the opportunity to expand our brand, guide a team, and ensure an exceptional experience for all members and guests. Your leadership will play a vital role in helping us achieve our community-focused goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership:Drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.Coach and support the sales team to surpass revenue goals.Implement effective sales processes and marketing strategies to attract new clients.Manage sales reports and client data through our POS system.Clearly communicate revenue goals and progress to the team.Leadership & Time Management:Be actively present in the studio to build connections with clients and staff.Delegate tasks and troubleshoot issues while leading team meetings.Collaborate with other managers to share best practices and enhance operations.Staffing & Scheduling:Oversee hiring, training, and development of studio staff.Analyze and optimize class schedules for improved attendance.Manage studio scheduling and staffing needs.Merchandise Management:Plan and manage product inventory while designing retail displays.Coordinate with leadership on merchandise needs and sales strategies.Special Events & Partnerships:Organize and manage events like pop-up classes and community activities.Attend events to generate leads and drive sales.Studio Maintenance:Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure cleanliness within the studio.

What We're Looking For

A passion for fitness coupled with a positive attitude.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.The ability to inspire trust and cultivate strong relationships.Experience in studio or retail management is advantageous.A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
