Lead and oversee the user experience and visual representation of a feature from conception to launch.Create organized user flows and wireframes to ensure optimal user experience for complex actions.Produce high-fidelity UI mock-ups of interfaces in Figma.Present and communicate your designs clearly to both business stakeholders as well as developers for handoff.Provide UI/UX design consistency throughout all applications.Iterate based on peer feedback, user research, usability testing, and analytics.Advocate for the user by prioritizing design-centered product enhancements grounded in research and analysis.Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field or equivalent work experience.6+ years' experience designing user interfaces; trading systems experience is a plus.Ability to own the design process end-to-end from concept to implementation.Experience working in an Agile environment.Organized, self-motivated, and obsessed with finding the right solution.Team-focused and highly communicative.Technical skills such as ability to code HTML, CSS, JavaScript are a plus.Proven hands-on visual design experience.Have an available online portfolio.Knowledge of the financial markets is a huge plus.Strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, and independent project and time management skills.Ability to communicate with end users, assess requirements, and manage expectations professionally.Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
