The Senior Marketing Manager is tasked with developing a comprehensive brand strategy, optimizing the digital presence through website and content enhancements, and upgrading the digital baseline of individual communities. By creating branded documents and ensuring consistency across communications, this role plays a key part in optimizing Thalhimer Multifamily's support of our teams, fostering community engagement, and driving performance for our clients.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (marketing, business, or communications preferred)

Qualifications:

Proven ability to provide strategic direction to a marketing team.

Successful track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Proficient in digital marketing, including website management, social media, and content strategy.

Expertise in creating and managing brand strategies and guides.

Strong skills in budget creation, oversight, and optimization for marketing initiatives.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to adapt to changing market trends and consumer behaviors.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Guide the Thalhimer Multifamily marketing team with a strategic vision aimed at ensuring brand coherence. The main goals are enhancing community exposure, fostering engagement, and ultimately translating these efforts into successful leasing outcomes.

Efficient Budget Management: Help guide marketing budget decisions for each community and strategy implementation. Streamline and optimize resource allocation, ensuring maximum impact and value for teams and clients.

Brand Development: Assist in a comprehensive brand strategy and guide tailored for Thalhimer Multifamily. This involves identifying and articulating our unique value proposition, key messaging, and visual identity to fortify our brand presence in the market.

Digital Presence Enhancement: Elevate the digital footprint of Thalhimer Multifamily through a strategic overhaul of our website, social media channels, and content strategy. This initiative aims to enhance user experience, engage our audience, and align our digital assets with contemporary market expectations.

Community Digital Upgrades: A focus on upgrading the digital baseline of Thalhimer Multifamily communities. This includes implementing virtual tours, enhancing photography quality, refining copywriting, and cultivating a consistent brand voice. The objective is to elevate the online representation of our communities, making them more appealing and accessible to potential residents.

Collateral Design and Development: Develop visually compelling and branded marketing collateral, presentations, and documents to maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
