Our APIs connect to the tech stacks of applicant tracking systems and workforce and staffing organizations to identify hidden talent for jobs and training. Less than four years from our founding, we already impact more than 15 million job transitions a year. We are an eighteen-person hybrid team based in downtown Boston.What will you do in this role?Partner with the CEO, product, and growth teams to develop product positioning, proposition and communication that resonates with customers and lays out a bold vision for the future of HR/Talent Technology.Conceptualize and produce marketing and sales content for a diverse audience including prospects, technical buyers and industry analysts. Work with writers and designers as appropriate to build impactful content.Interact with the research analyst community to ensure our positioning and roadmap is understood (and informed) by industry experts.Create content that balances a nuanced multi-level value proposition between our buyers and users.Reporting to the Head of Product, you will serve as a voice of customer to technical teams within the organization.What kind of teammate are we looking for?You live to promote things you care about, and you can do it authentically (with urgency, but not desperation!).Experience in product marketing B2B SaaS products to technical buyers.You can integrate brand voice and identity into sales and marketing processes.It's a plus if you have unique staffing and/or HRTech industry knowledge and a network of experts who could inform our positioning.You've marketed as a "David" (i.e. a newer, smaller company), not just as an established player.You love working cross-functionally, and have strong empathy for buyers, users, and teammates.You do not need to be fluent in data science or machine learning (we will teach you, it will be fun!), but you will need to be comfortable talking about APIs, infrastructure, and back-end software.What do we offer?A hybrid work culture that balances intentional, in-person collaboration with flexibility around family schedules and ways of working.Competitive early-stage compensation.Health, dental, vision, 401k, commuter, 4-month paid parental leave.A commitment to building a company that represents diversity with regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression.Note: Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
