We are seeking an experienced and passionate generalist to partner with our sales leadership in driving significant business impact. Your priority as our Director of Marketing & Communications will be to develop our marketing strategy from top-to-bottom and ensure it aligns with the goals of our organization.This role requires deep experience in integrated marketing activities and a wealth of knowledge and best practices from previous experiences working in-house for relationship-driven organizations. The right candidate will function as a coach-player, feeling comfortable creating high-level strategy, managing external agencies, executing campaigns, and rolling up their sleeves to do the work needed to help our dedicated team achieve their mission.Top deliverables in the first year:Marketing & Brand Strategy:
