We’ve got a reputation for being a great place to work, having been named among the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Seattle Business Magazine and Washington’s Best Workplaces in the Puget Sound Business Journal.Who we are looking for:As the Leader of Rover’s Growth Marketing organization, this role is responsible for scaling our new customer channel marketing strategy globally. We are looking for someone who has proven experience developing paid and non-paid growth strategies within unit economic frameworks, establishing multi-quarter and multi-year objectives, and working highly cross-functionally to deliver against the channel marketing growth goals.Your Responsibilities:Own and evolve Rover’s multi-year global channel marketing scaling strategy.In partnership with the SVP Global Growth, set annual, quarterly, and monthly new booking and ad spend targets for all regions.Proactively define the appropriate annual and quarterly growth-related objectives and key results for direct area of ownership.Effectively manage a team of managers and upper and lower-funnel marketers.Ensure the development of appropriate reporting for clear visibility to the performance of their channels.Evolve business rhythms across channels to communicate/evaluate performance effectively.Coach our upper funnel marketing team to monitor performance rigorously.Cast a vision for the growth-oriented aspects of Rover's event tracking.Surface and pursue approaches for driving new customers that do not involve spending money.Own building business cases and driving alignment around prioritization of growth marketing investment recommendations.Work effectively with cross-functional partners to drive alignment on investment/prioritization.Be the Global Growth Marketing thought leader and evangelist across the organization.Your Qualifications:10+ years building and leading high-performing channel marketing teams.Strong management experience of coaching and developing senior individual contributors and managers.Ability to move smoothly between high-level strategy and specific details.Demonstrated ability to deconstruct ambiguous growth goals and delegate appropriate KPIs.Demonstrated experience effectively partnering and driving to critical decisions with senior leaders.Consistently evaluates opportunities based on business impact and cost.Benefits of Working at Rover:Competitive compensation401kFlexible PTOCompetitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insuranceCommuter benefitsBring your dog to work (and unlimited puppy time)Doggy benefits, including $1000 toward adopting your first dogStocked fridges, coffee, soda, and lots of treats (for humans and dogs)Regular team activities performed in-person and virtuallyCompensation:In the greater Seattle area the first-year salary range for the Senior Director role is $196,726 - $261,656 with a 20% bonus.The cash compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and abilities.Rover is an equal opportunity employer committed to promoting a diverse, inclusive and inventive environment with the best employees.
