We help brands, advocacy organizations, and sell-side solutions be more effective and move faster.The RoleWe are looking for a versatile Marketing Manager to lead the implementation and evaluation of Tunnl's marketing campaigns and sales enablement in support of revenue goals. The ideal candidate excels in managing and optimizing marketing processes, developing a comprehensive marketing playbook, and creating tailored content for target accounts. As the sole in-house practitioner, supported by external resources, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Management, Product, and Partnerships) to drive brand awareness and credibility among key buying personas through various strategic and tactical efforts.The Marketing Manager will report to Brian Rose, Chief Revenue Officer. This role will be in-person, based at our headquarters in Arlington, VA.ResponsibilitiesPartner and build rapport with Sales first and foremost as well as Accounts, Product, Partnerships stakeholders, gathering their expertise and setting up regular communication and information-sharing.Learn the Tunnl business, its clients, sales motion, target accounts, SaaS product, and competition/market to inform marketing campaigns.In support of Tunnl's revenue goals, develop marketing materials and campaigns focused on increasing Tunnl's brand reach/awareness and helping the sales team improve the sales motion efficiency (i.e. email marketing, social media, pay-per-click ads, account-based marketing, sales collateral, and more).Leverage Tunnl’s HubSpot CRM and HubSpot marketing suite to manage Tunnl’s website, email marketing, account-based marketing, and more.Use the Microsoft Office suite and other programs/tools to create marketing and sales collateral like pitch decks, reports, etc.Develop and manage a marketing calendar, budget, and third-party vendors (i.e. designer, videographer).Track and report on marketing campaign performance and communicate results across teams/with key stakeholders.Serve as an in-house expert on marketing trends, tools, and tips.Requirements~5 years of experience working in marketing at an early- to growth-stage B2B SaaS startup, or similarStrong cross-team communication, rapport-building, and information-sharing in support of company goalsSelf-motivated, independent workerExperience creating and executing data-driven, goals-based marketing materials and campaigns, including account-based marketing and content marketing on platforms like LinkedIn (paid and organic)Strong analytical skills with experience reporting results to key internal stakeholdersExcellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skillsDemonstrable expertise with HubSpot is a must; certifications are a bonus (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software Certification)Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
