We offer an extensive range of programs tailored for children, families, and seniors.As our Marketing Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting our online presence across multiple platforms. You'll collaborate with our robust team to bring our mission to life through eye-catching content, strategic campaigns, and meaningful engagement.Principal Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Marketing Supervisor and other marketing staff to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for various programs focusing on children and youth.Assist in creating engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the Kings Bay Y/JCC Brooklyn website.Assist with special events.Collaborate with program managers at various locations.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.Maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring consistency with Kings Bay Y/JCC Brooklyn branding guidelines.Support the development of program brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.Engage with current and prospective families through regular communication and follow-ups, including but not limited to Facebook/Meta Messenger, Instagram DMs, and emails.Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure Kings Bay Y/JCC Brooklyn marketing remains innovative and effective.Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred: 1 year of experience in a marketing-related field.Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution preferred.Skills:

A sense of humor, responsibility, and excellent communication skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools (including but not limited to: Canva, Adobe, Microsoft Suite, CapCut) and social media platforms (i.e., Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube).Excellent organizational skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Eagerness to learn and grow.Familiarity with Jewish culture and traditions is preferred but not required.Job Benefits:
