Program Manager

to join our Professional Services team who is a proven strategic leader, with a passion for creativity and connectivity, possesses a curious & proactive mindset and has a desire to put strong, smart work out in the world to solve their client’s business objectives. You will be counted on for building and nurturing strong relationships with your accounts, providing consultative recommendations and solutions, and earning your seat as a trusted advisor to your customers.In this role, you'll get to:Lead and execute strategy and campaigns for ~5-12 customers, including Fortune 500 and Mid-Market Brands, spearheading the direction of all of your assigned accounts.Be a blend between a project manager and relationship manager and be accountable for the success and outcomes off all customers that you overseeDesign influencer strategies for the brand, provide guidance, and report on influencer campaigns, optimizing campaigns for performance by analyzing the health of the influencer-facing experience on a regular basisBecome an expert in Mavrck’s platform to increase customer performance and adoption of Mavrck’s software and servicesBuild and deliver Strategic Business Reviews on a quarterly basis for your customersLeverage internal organization tool (Teamwork) to both manage varying tasks, delegate effectively, and track time against tasksLeverage internal Customer Success tool (Catalyst) to track brand health and performanceLeverage Salesforce to track customer account updates, calls, emails, and notesEstablish and nurture strong customer relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to your clients from onboarding to renewalManage contractual deliverables with high caliber service delivery, maintaining customer budgetsCommunicate regularly with brands via emails and regular meetings, providing the necessary services to successfully meet the customer’s KPIs, including updates on performance and delivery data-driven insightsDelegate tasks to junior team members focusing on quality control of client execution deliverables and regularly provide feedback on deliverables receivedMentor junior team members through exemplifying best practices & proactively talking through learning opportunities in regards to client resultsContribute to evolving best practices and documentation, acting as the voice of the customer and the voice of the influencer for internal product feedbackComplete trainings and participate in learning opportunities for your own professional development (when time is available outside of assigned tasks)Meet Later’s expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishmentWe are committed to building an inclusive, supportive place for you to do the best and most rewarding work of your career.

We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings.
