Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.Providence is calling a Communication Senior Manager, Digital Reputation who will:Lead digital reputation strategy, review and response programs across multiple geographic regions, facilities and medical groups.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal and external partners and vendors to execute reputation management initiatives.

Analyze insights, trends, data and reports to create optimal customer experiences and identify opportunities for strengthening online presence.

Develop and deliver presentations to effectively communicate strategies and priorities to diverse stakeholders.

Required qualifications for this position include:Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or another related field of study

5+ Years of experience managing and leading broad-based and successful communication programs

Demonstrated experience managing communication programs and business relationships

Demonstrated experience working in highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organizations and teams

Demonstrated writing and editing experience

Demonstrated health care experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:Master's Degree

Communication experience in healthcare

Experience in a faith-based organization
