Providence is currently searching for an experienced Marketing Strategist - Program Manager to join our ranks and continue our tradition of success who will:

Create and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to support business initiatives in service to our brand for both provider and partner audiences

Develop campaigns to drive brand awareness, database acquisition and lead generation across all marketing channels, partnering closely with all marketing specialists to create and deploy required campaign assets

Utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data, trends and marketing insights to develop strategic campaigns in service of business initiatives

Be a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem solving

Be a strong communicator with experience creating messages to support internal and external audiences

Essential Functions:

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with business goals, target audience needs, and industry trends

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth, differentiation, and market positioning

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email and traditional marketing

Identify and incorporate opportunities in overall marketing strategy that position our brand and our organization’s executives as thought leaders in the industry, building confidence and encouraging engagement across all target audiences

Be primary point of contact for Partner Development team in support of new business development

Own process for execution and on-time delivery of campaign assets across all platforms

Work closely with marketing channel specialists to ensure assets support campaign objectives

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing strategies and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders

Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize strategies and adapt to changing market dynamics

Identify and recommend new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand reach, engage target audiences, and drive brand awareness

Stay current with emerging marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in marketing strategies

Partner with Senior Manager, Marketing to identify budget needed to support recommended strategies. Ensure dedicated resources are used effectively and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget

Required qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications

5+ years of experience in communications or marketing

3+ years of experience in channel marketing specifically working to develop a consumer engagement strategy; preferably with an integrated health care delivery system

Experience with CRM tools
