To work closely with the Creative, Legal, and Operations staff to ensure custom projects are administered professionally and effectively in a financially responsible manner and to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all assets.What You’ll Do:Maintain and update project tracking documents, calendars, and assets at the discretion of the Creative Director and Score Supervisor(s); including projects with live recording sessions.Coordinate with Score Supervisor(s) to source and hire external music teams and recording studios within designated creative and budgetary frameworks.Coordinate with Score Supervisor(s) to ensure assets to external music teams are maintained, updated, and delivered (i.e. Recording Studios, Contractors, Orchestrators, Copyists, Librarians, Mix Engineers, Live Recording Engineers, Mix Assistants, ProTools Operators, Instrumentalists, Vocalists, Sound Designers).Adhere to established digital asset management protocol and ensure all relevant information is correctly archived for Score To Picture projects.Create, maintain and optimize systems for efficiency and organization in the post-production process.Responsible for asset tagging BF hardware and tracking software licenses.Book travel, compile and submit expense reports for creative team.Maintain and update account access to client file sharing systems including but not limited to PiBox, BOX, Aspera etc.Stay up to date with latest plugin and library releases for production/composition.Who You Are:3+ years prior experience in music administration and project coordination.Independent self-starter with a knack for following through on administering tasks to completion with minimal downtime.Analyzes personal workflow and processes; constantly looking for more efficient ways to complete tasks.Must be willing to work around production schedules and deadlines including availability to work nights and weekends as needed.An excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, external partners, and senior management.Extraordinary attention to detail.Able to adapt quickly to a changing environment with minimal disruption.Some travel may be required.Must be authorized to work in the United States.7.5-hour business workday but variations in work volume frequently require extended working hours for evening and late-night events.What We Give You:You join an inclusive, collaborative and global community where you have the opportunity to fuel the creative journey.A modern office environment designed to foster productivity, creativity, and teamwork.An attractive and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life & disability coverage, and 401K + employer matching.Voluntary benefits like company-paid identity theft protection and resources for pets, mental health and meditation resources, industry-leading fertility coverage, fully paid leave for childbirth or bonding, fully paid leave for caregivers, programs for loved ones with developmental disabilities and neurodiversity, subsidized back-up child and elder care, and reimbursement for adoption, surrogacy, tuition and student loans.We invest in your professional growth & development.Time off for a winter recess.DISCLAIMER:The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $60,000-$65,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
