Universal Music Enterprises (UMe) is the global catalog and special markets division of Universal Music Group. Working closely in concert with UMG’s record labels, territories and operating companies, UMe provides a frontline approach to catalog management, an emphasis on strategic marketing initiatives and creating in new technologies.The foundations of the Audience Growth team include digital, lifestyle, and creator/influencer marketing strategy. We work to integrate insights, community engagement, paid media and performance metrics into campaigns and look to reach new audiences with innovative, proactive and reactive opportunities. Working exclusively in the streaming and track moments space, core functions involve supporting artists streaming marketing efforts in the creation and implementation of digital campaigns to increase fan engagement across short-form platforms, developing our owned audiences across short-form platforms, optimizations and working with external and internal partners to secure support and track / artist growth.How you'll CREATE:

Work closely with the Director of Streaming Marketing, creator marketing team and Audience Growth leads to develop innovative, track-driven marketing campaigns aimed to proactively and reactively increase artist and track visibility.Develop comprehensive marketing strategies around key moments that drive streaming consumption – from anniversaries, to track moments, and warm up campaigns.Expert in Short Form platforms and the landscape, understanding how to monitor, analyze and create Short Form campaign strategies. Manage and oversee the UMe social channels by creating engaging content to tell the story of our vast catalog.Oversee track-moment and thematic campaign execution with a focus on global audience engagement to grow short and long-term audiences.Liaise closely with artists and their representatives to build a foundation of trust.Well versed in social trends and strategies: including short form content, storytelling and sound consumption on short-form platforms.Understanding and expertise in influencer and creator marketing campaigns, the landscape, micro communities, and how to develop campaigns that grow audience and drive streaming consumption.Know how to analytics and communicate digital marketing data points from social media, streaming and digital advertising.Innovate and be proactive in bringing progressive partnerships and inspiring ideas to the team.Organized and detail oriented in effectively managing timelines, due dates, and prioritizing tasks.Be a trusted team member and understand how to collaborate with the broader Audience Growth team and other cross-functional teams at UMe, including Creator Marketing, Project Managers, International, Content, Commercial, Radio, Production, A&R and Publicity.Bring your VIBE:

2-4+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, creative agency, or similar fields.Excitement for, and understanding of, new digital trends, memes, and platforms.Strong understanding of creator and influencer marketing and how it connects to music consumption.Experience in global music digital marketing, ideally working across genres.Understanding of the technology and marketplace powering today and tomorrow's music industry.Deep knowledge of advertising, fan engagement and analytics.Curiosity and openness to learn, as well as surfacing new opportunities to the team.Proven ability to communicate and be a trusted team member.Strong grasp of collaboration and asset management tools.An unquenchable thirst for innovation, experimentation, and reinvention and a passion for bringing music to the world in innovative ways.Attention to detail for internal and external operations.Ability to handle multiple projects and operate effectively in a high-pressured environment.Discretion necessary to work with sensitive projects and teams.Perks Playlist:
