About the Role:

At Autura, we're all about the team and looking for individuals who embody empathy, ambition, and a strong team spirit. Right now, we're looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our Product department. As the Lead Product Designer you will play a pivotal role in driving the vision and execution of our product design strategy. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter who can lead processes, understand the products vision, and execute a clean design. This role will support making an impact on our products and contribute to our growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the establishment of design systems, laying the groundwork for consistency and efficiency in our product designsDevelop usability outlines and conduct testing to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experienceCraft user flows, interface elements, and customer journeys that elevate user engagementDevelop templates for reporting, documents, and guidelines to maintain a cohesive design process and create consistencyStreamline designs by removing usability noise, ensuring a clean and user-friendly interfaceDrive the update of design technology and tools to enhance and support the brand and sustainability of our productsCreate process and user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and interaction models, resulting in low to high fidelity prototypesCollaborate with product management to develop use cases and execute features with engineeringConduct demo testing to validate the functionality and user experience of design featuresImplement user testing methodologies, collecting valuable feedback to refine and enhance designsSupport the success of the product and design team through mentoring, coaching, and elevating team membersBe the subject matter expert in design tools, ensuring the ability to deliver design conceptsAbout You:

5+ years' experience in a product design position requiredProven track record of establishing and building design processes, workflows, and systemsExpert knowledge in design tools and technologyExtensive portfolio showcasing design concepts and workExceptional collaboration and communication skillsAbility to present and articulate design concepts within all areas of the businessWho We Are & Benefits:

For this role, the base salary range is $125,000-$140,000 .Total compensation also includes a competitive benefits package. A salary offer will be determined by several factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
