Our mission is to push the boundaries of large-scale ads delivery systems and lead the innovations of TikTok's personalized online advertising. Hence, you'll have a chance to get deeply involved in our large-scale distributed systems and state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms. As a Machine Learning Engineer on the App Ads & Gaming team, you will make efforts to develop novel machine learning solutions for ranking, build scalable foundations and launch various products that maximize the efficiency of deep funnel app ads delivery.Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following start dates below:January 15, 2024February 5, 2024March 4, 2024May 20, 2024June 10, 2024July 15, 2024August 12, 2024We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates. Optimizing deep CVR/CTR/Recall/Rough-sort/Bidding strategies to maximize various conversion metrics in advertising, including LTV, payment rate, and retention rate.Improving the effectiveness of ads delivery in privacy-preserving environments.Exploring new commercial monetization techniques and commercial product designs to promote advertisers' marketing effects.Exploring cutting-edge machine learning techniques, such as multi-objective learning and LLM, in computational advertising.Qualifications
Experience with recommender system projects.Familiarity with online experimentation methods and analytics. Compensation Description (annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112065 - $172800 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
