We are hiring a Director of Admissions and Marketing to join our dynamic care team at Waterview Villa Rehab in East Providence!

We strive to create a workplace where your skills and talents are nurtured to allow you to grow within the company.As the Director of Admissions and Marketing, you will direct the planning, organizing, implementing, and directing of the admissions operations and marketing initiatives for the center.Experience & Education:Minimum of a B.S. in Marketing/Sales or a related field.Minimum of two (2) years experience in an Admission Director position in a skilled nursing facility or assisted living facility.Must have thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal rules and regulations as they pertain to admissions.Duties & Responsibilities:Coordinate all admissions to the facility in accordance with budgeted census projections.Represent the facility to potential residents, families, hospitals, and other referral sources in a positive and professional manner.Coordinate all admission activities and documentation with all departments.Comply with facility Privacy Practices policies and procedures and educate residents and families accordingly.Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.Act as a liaison between the facility and all community groups and agencies.Work with Administrative staff to plan, develop, and implement the facility marketing plan.Utilize appropriate sales/marketing techniques (i.e., public speaking, community workshops, cold calling, facility events, media coverage, etc.).Maintain budgeted census mix.Ensure detailed completion of all admission, discharge, and transfer records, both manually and through computer-generated systems. Knowledge of admission software is required.Provide ongoing assistance to potential residents and their families in negotiating a successful placement.About Athena Health Care Systems:Waterview Villa is managed by Athena Health Care Systems.
