Our client is excited to add a Social Media Manager with a focus on entertainment, who is passionate about bringing stories to life through the lens of social media.
Qualifications
Strong copywriting skills
Prior experience with reporting and managing/planning a calendar is a significant plus
3+ years of experience leading campaigns within the social media space in an agency environment
2-3 years of experience working across social media campaigns specifically in entertainment, TV, or gaming
Expertise in internet and pop culture
Responsibilities
Help create and manage innovative, engaging social media campaigns across various platforms
Collaborate with the Strategy, Creative, and Production teams during each phase of the campaign
Facilitate and maintain communication between external and internal stakeholders
Work closely with Account Leads to manage assets and achieve daily goals
Maintain social content calendars, including writing, reviewing, and editing copy & creative assets
Strategize talent activations, sweepstakes/contests, and digital activations
Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate for various campaigns
Serve as project lead on reporting and analytics
Provide input on paid media campaigns as needed
Stay at the forefront of trends, best practices, competitive activities, and industry leaders to best leverage technology and applications.
