Through these offerings, we empower people to make lasting changes that enhance their overall health and wellbeing.About the role:You will be reporting to the creative Lead and will be responsible for highly usable and intuitive interface creation. Any concept you create will be brand-consistent across all mobile experiences that our company provides to our end users.What you’ll do:Provide strategic thinking and leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the mobile designIdentify new product design improvement opportunities.Analyze how the product design satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication; collaborate cross functionally.Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.Work closely with product engineers to ensure seamless QA.Skills & Qualifications:You have a clean and modern aesthetic and design is your passion.You are a natural collaborator and instinctively curious.You have previous experience being a designer on an app that is currently on the market.5+ years of front-end app design.Proven track record of designing modern, aesthetic mobile app UI designs.Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent proactive communication skillsUser-centered design with a high emphasis on frequent re-designs based on customer feedback.Generally positive and upbeat to create high-quality work.Thrives in a start-up environment.Pay & Benefits:The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service.
