We’re looking for an exceptional

Partner Marketing Manager

to join our team in

New York City.

Our team is hybrid and spends 3 days/week at our lively NYC office, so we will only be considering applicants within NY.

Team & Role:

As

Partner Marketing Manager,

you will be part of an international and multidisciplinary marketing team. Locally, you will join a North American Partner Marketing team that is strategically critical for the success of Too Good To Go’s Enterprise partnerships.

As a team, you are responsible for conceiving and implementing both partner acquisition activities as well as world-class co-marketing campaigns with our partners. You will take a hands-on role with planning, pitching, and executing plans for the rapidly growing US market, collaborating closely with the US Sales team, your peers on the B2C, PR, and Paid Media teams, the Global Marketing team, as well as working directly with our partners’ marketing teams.

What we are looking for:

You have thrived in a current or former role with a B2B2C focus.

You have a high EQ and would welcome the opportunity to build strong relationships with your marketing counterparts at Too Good To Go’s key partner brands.

You get excited to dig in and collaborate with partners to uncover the key insights that will shape the most strategic and mutually beneficial marketing solutions.

You would be comfortable presenting and selling marketing concepts to senior executives of iconic brands like Whole Foods, Krispy Kreme, or IKEA.

You continually engage with social media - particularly Instagram and TikTok - so that you can easily keep abreast of trends and data that will help position Too Good To Go as an expert in reaching these audiences and a go-to partner.

You are hyper-organized and prioritize execution, with the ability to adapt and innovate in an ever-changing environment.

You have a naturally analytical and curious mindset and know how to use data and insights to help shape and sell marketing ideas.

You exhibit great stakeholder management, and have ease collaborating cross-functionally.

You embrace accountability. Ownership and leadership come naturally to you.

You have impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to translate joint plans and marketing ideas depending on the partner, segment, level of seniority and more.

You are truly a make-it-happen person who doesn't hesitate to roll up your sleeves – but you also think about the long-term impact and requirements.
