Consistent and accurate glucose monitoring is the foundation of any diabetes management plan, so we’re committed to continuous improvement in the way patients and professionals measure, track and analyze glucose levels.As a Global Training Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills, performance, and productivity of our employees worldwide. You will work closely with department leaders to identify training needs and create curriculum that aligns with our company’s strategic goals.Deliver strategic and tactical activities in partnership with Training Managers, Affiliate commercial teams, and Sales Directors as well as relevant stakeholder teams.Develop and implement training programs across the globe, supporting all roles and teams within the commercial function in line with business strategies, curricula and company goals.Support the development and execution of a training strategy according to company guidelines through the implementation of a global training road map.What You’ll DoPartner with local and area markets in the development and execution of management and leadership skills, learning maps, and competency framework programs as part of the train the trainer program for managers and Training Managers.Develops and maintains training content, manuals, tools, and programs in conjunction with multi-function, cross-geographical stakeholders.Creates new and innovative training methods to support ADC product launches, product portfolio and competitive knowledge continuous education programs.Deploy a train the trainer methodology for facilitation and global baselines for training/learning plans, validation, credentialing, KPIs.Strategizes, lead and facilitate programs that relate to providing training, using most current learning techniques, instructional design contents and innovative delivery methods to ensure information transfer.Identify and share best practices from area, as well as external environmental scan.Identify opportunities for additional upskilling of the sales function.Create and implement learning journeys within Allego.Continuously update training and skill materials.Stay abreast of the latest trends in training and development as well as life sciences to ensure our employees receive the most current and relevant information.Recommend training vendors and external partners, but selection, contracts and final agreements require their manager’s sign-off.Travel - 30% - Some international.Experience You’ll BringRequiredBachelor’s degree and 5-7 years overall business experience.2+ years in a sales or sales training capacity.Demonstrated track record of high achievement.Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.Very good overall computer skills; proficient in Microsoft suite of products, advanced application in PowerPoint.PreferredAbility to train and coach in remote and in-person learning environments as well as one-to-one.Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Strong presentation skills, Excellent Facilitation skills.Integrate a variety of inputs on training approaches to develop appropriate and effective training programs.Strong Coaching Skills.Strong Organization skills.Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles.Experience with e-learning platforms and remote training techniques.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software.Prior Experience: 3-5 years in Training or learning and development.Commercial sales experience in life sciences is an asset.Additional languages an asset.Location:

This is an onsite opportunity in Alameda, CA.The base pay for this position is
