Consistent and accurate glucose monitoring is the foundation of any diabetes management plan, so we’re committed to continuous improvement in the way patients and professionals measure, track and analyze glucose levels.As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to provide organizational and project support to the Artwork and Labeling Department by working directly with a cross-functional team, external translation suppliers, as well as internal Design Production Artists to coordinate and execute activities related to the development of packaging and labeling items for the launch and maintenance of Abbott Diabetes Care products (e.g. FreeStyle Libre).
This is an onsite opportunity in Alameda, Ca.What You'll DoIndependently coordinate the efficient use of Artwork and Labeling Development resources to meet deadlines for new product releases and product revisions.Coordinate with internal cross-functional team to receive and implement input to product labeling.Coordinate the translation of packaging and labeling items with translation supplier.Interpret project schedules and escalate project timeline risks to management.Support assessment for projects to identify scope and impact to labeling.Create change control packages in product life cycle management system for packaging and labeling components.Assist with on-boarding, training, and mentoring of new hires/contractors.Education and Experience You'll Bring
