In a world where consumer behaviors are changing and privacy and identity are taking on a new meaning, we want to help businesses find their superpowers and do it while putting their end users, the people, first.As a Product Designer focusing on Platform and Systems at Persona, your role will be critical in shaping the foundations of our platform experience. This means both diving into deep product work, collaborating with engineering and product on end-to-end problems, but also extrapolating your work toward pattern definition and standardization. The challenges you'll face require an aptitude for cross functional collaboration, product complexity, and analytical systems thinking. Our teams are always iterating, evolving, and learning — we move fast. Your role will be integral in building a world class platform experience.

$120,000 - $170,000 a yearFor this role, the estimated base salary range is between $120,000 - $170,000. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications and more.
