We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across our portfolio of restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies, and a proven track record of driving brand growth and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition and retention.Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.Manage and optimize our online presence, including website content, SEO, and online reviews.Coordinate with restaurant managers to create and execute promotional events and partnerships.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.Collaborate with the PR team to manage public relations and media outreach.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is highly desirable.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO.Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.What We Offer:
