In this role you will work as part of a dynamic team responsible for the delivery of new products and services from idea through Minimum Viable Product.This role will be responsible for iteratively defining potential concepts for products, services and businesses using prototyping techniques from the lowest fidelity (e.g., hand drawn sketches or diagrams) to medium (e.g., storyboards, journey maps, wireframes, video) to the highest fidelity (e.g., working minimally viable products and services).Participate in the collaborative definition of the vision for new products, services or businesses.Uncover clues that point to latent, unarticulated needs and gather expressed needs; frame both into opportunities.Continuously iterate solution concepts using all manner of methods, from hand-drawn sketches to journey maps, wireframes and early stage digital products and interfaces.Engage as appropriate with internal stakeholders to understand both existing customer needs and BBH challenges.Provide input and support to improve BBH’s design function – including tools, methods, and design system.A collaborative environment that enables you to step outside your role to add value wherever you can.Direct access to clients, information and experts across all business areas around the world.Opportunities to grow your expertise, take on new challenges, and reinvent yourself—without leaving the firm.A culture of inclusion that values each employee’s unique perspective.Volunteer opportunities to give back to your community and help transform the lives of others.Compensation and Benefits
