Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.eos is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to lead, develop, and execute retailer-specific marketing strategy and objectives. The Sr. Marketing Manager will collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional teams, along with agencies, to develop and execute retailer-specific marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving omni-channel marketing strategies for mass retailers in the consumer-packaged goods industry. The role reports to the VP, Digital & Ecommerce and resides within the Marketing team.Key Areas of Responsibility:Leads marketing strategy and business plans by retailer for customer/sales touchpoints; Plans and maintains eos marketing activation calendar of brand activity and retailer key events. Leverages tools/data to gain a deep understanding of sales and campaign performancePartners with the Commercial team to create marketing materials to support customer success, including the sell-in process, line reviews, ongoing selling needs, etc.Plans and executes all retailer marketing programs including sampling, field/BA trainings, and promotional programs. Manages multiple trade activation budgets and own measurement and analysis against KPI goalsCreates marketing materials/assets for retailer key meetings, as well as for retailers outside of meeting touchpoints...e.g. emails with exciting news from eos and assists the sales team in deck preparation for retailer meetingsManages Retailer.com media investments - excluding Amazon - sponsored search/products, Roundel, Walmart Connect, and internal performance marketing agency. Tracks budgets, plans objectives, executes, and reports out on KPIs.Key expert on retailer-specific, in-store and digital, trends, activations, storytelling, etc. Shares learnings, competitive findings, and industry news with Senior Leadership, Sales, and Marketing teams on an ongoing basis. This person will establish themselves as the marketing authority across retail/shopper intelligence, retail/shopper program execution, and internal collaboration between sales and all areas of marketing including brand, digital, and product innovationBuilds effective and productive relationships with retail buying and marketing teams, and any external partners including brokers, agencies, and other third-party playersRequirements:7-10 years of dynamic experience in consumer-packaged goods marketing, sales, or retail; Bachelor’s degree requiredExperience analyzing sales data to identify trends and drive improvement of business results, including projecting forecasted sales lifts and ROI measurementsA strong sense of customer-centric retailing principles and the analytics of purchase behaviorExperience being a part of a cross-functional team developing coordinated retail programs under time constraints managing multiple prioritiesWillingness to learn new technologies and platformsStrong communication skills with an ability to collaborate, educate, and influence cross-functional teams (internal & external) and provide clear and concise feedbackExcellent project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail and follow-throughDemonstrates a high level of resourcefulness, flexibility, can-do attitude, and strategic growth mindset
