We are looking for a driven, analytical, results-oriented, and creative Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Growth team in Latin America.

Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and drive the acquisition and upsell marketing strategy across the Amazon Music tiers, own user growth programs for Amazon Music, and deliver on project roadmaps to acquire new customers across owned and operated channels. You will be working cross-functionally and internationally across marketing and growth teams as well as other Amazon businesses.A successful candidate for this role will have experience in acquisition and/or engagement marketing – ranging across performance marketing, CRM, owned and operated channels, upsell, promotions, affiliates. Given the complexity of the role, it will also be important to be operationally strong – managing a large number of relationships, dependencies, and timelines across many teams. Success in this role requires strong bias for action, ownership, and the ability to execute daily at the highest level.

Key job responsibilities

Own the planning and execution across several marketing channels to drive growth of the Amazon Music services in Latin America.Plan, coordinate, and communicate channels’ performance delivering against goals and scaling insights and learnings.Flawlessly execute campaigns across marketing channels, testing and iterating to optimize creative and targeting.Drive the roll-out of strategies and tactics of promotional growth programs for Amazon Music in Latin America.Own main metrics, identify opportunities for testing new channels and improving existing ones.Oversee concept and creative development of campaign materials to create compelling and effective marketing assets.Identify new user acquisition opportunities in marketing channels based on data and analytical insight.Work with global teams to inform our marketing strategies in Latin America, accelerate growth through experiments.Efficiently generate insights gathering, analyzing data, reporting, and creating hypotheses and designing valid tests.Work with BI on validating hypotheses and creating reporting frameworks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- 1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experience- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)- Speak, write, and read fluently in EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management- Experience in e-commerce, start-ups, advertising, commercial- Experience using data visualization toolsPosted:
