We live each day guided by our core values of Inclusion, Innovation, Collaboration, and Wellness.Job Description Summary:We are seeking a Sr. Design Operations Program Manager to optimize our design processes and workflows, enabling efficient and scalable product development on our Venmo XD team. Your responsibilities will range from operational execution to building for the future by implementing strategic improvements.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Design Ops team to optimize operational processes to enhance design team efficiency and effectiveness.Refine and document team processes including planning, prioritization, and reporting to enhance productivity.Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline ways of working to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.Contribute to the development and maintenance of design governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with the firm’s overall strategic objectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in design, business, or related field.7+ years of experience in design operations, design program management, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.Expert in user-centered methodologies.Proactive approach to work, comfortable in ambiguity with an ability to get work organized and completed.Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement.Experience with design tools and software (e.g., Asana, Figma).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in business administration or related field.Experience in the fintech industry.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.Compensation:The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $96,900 to $234,300.
